Hello @ShankerV , I have tried with your formula but unable to end it. Please have a look at my formula in the end and provide your inputs. Thank you.

Hi @Abhishekjoshua

I see there is a red line (prompting an error) under the <91 formula.

Hence you are not able to end it and the output is not reflected  after you run the workflow.

Can you please paste few sample inputs, not full, just to analyze the error.

Many thanks

Hi @Abhishekjoshua

Please check whether your column which you use is String type, it should be Int type for the formula to make it work.

Column to be checked is [Ticket age when escalated]

Many thanks

Hi @Abhishekjoshua

See as I expected, it is the same issue.

Datetype error, it is String type you are using.

I modified to Sting using select, the same error pops-up.

Use the select tool and change the Datatype to Int.
