I use the desktop scheduler, not the server version, to run many reports and have had no problems whatsoever over the years. However, recently one of the folks I work with has started using Power Query to help with their workload. My problem is that it appears any of the spreadsheets that they use Power Query to pull information from won't allow the Scheduler to update them - regardless of whether or not anyone's in the file or not. Secondly, it won't even allow me to manually run the workflow and update them.
Has anyone else seen this problem? If so, what solution worked for you?
