Excel Overwrite - Error

Question

Hi Experts,

I'm getting this error and I've searched the community but still  I'm facing this issue and i cant really figure out where the issue is any pointers please.

Basically I'm trying to overwrite some excel sheets not all sheets  in a workbook.

Hello,

Unfortunately i can't share my workflow due to security reasons but this is what I'm trying to achieve suggest me if i am doing anything wrong.

Step 1 - Copy File 1 From Folder A to Folder B.

Step 2 - Then read all my sheets from File 1 from Folder A and choose specific sheets and apply all my transformations.( Includes Macros).

Step 3 - I'm overwriting the File 1 in Folder B ( In this step Only the specific sheets which i took for my transformations are only overwritten in folder B) .

Step 4 -  In the Final Output Data Config Window i choose the File 1 From Folder B.

In step 4 the configurations are below. -  (Sheet_Name_1 is one of the Sheets i have taken for transformations)

Write to File or Database -  //network drive/Folder B/Test.xlsx|||Sheet_Name_1

Take File /Table Name from Field - Checked.

Change the Entire File Path

Field Containing File Name or Part of File Name - FullPathandSheetNames

Am i doing anything wrong ?

Hi @suby ,

can you show us your workflow config and what you're trying to do?

It looks like whatever you're doing is producing a corrupt file.
