Example workflows not visible to users with new installs

Hi everyone !

I've had a hunt but can't find any reference to this, so apologies if this is a duplicate.

We are doing initial training for a new client and none of the users can find their sample workflows.

None of our team have seen this before.

Any ideas please ?

Hi @DanHare ,

During installation the sample workflows should have been saved to the locations below:

For Admin versions of Alteryx Designer: %PROGRAMFILES%\Alteryx\Samples\en\ (e.g. C:\Program Files\Alteryx\Samples\en\)

For Non-Admin versions of Alteryx Designer: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Alteryx\Samples\en\ (e.g. C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Alteryx\Samples\en\)

Start by checking if the samples are available for your users in these folders.

If not, something may be going wrong during installation.
