Exam Grayed Out Even Though It Is Past The Date and Time Given for Next Attempt

Hi all,

I am getting the screen below when I log in for my next attempt. It is stating that I can try again on 11-7-2019 at 7:34am, which you can see at the bottom on my screenshot that is it past that time. Any way this can be solved? I need to get this certification for my job by the 15th and need all the attempts I can get.

Hi,

I'm taking a complete guess here, but try opening the page again in about 5 minutes and see if it will let you attempt.

If not, try again in about an hour.

Wonder if the "7:34am" is US Mountain or Pacific time?

My guess would be that the time is local to Alteryx. That would be Pacific time, as they're in California. It's 7:20 right now, so give it another go in half an hour.

Hi @mmpratte19,

The time specified for your exam attempt is based on the time in your Community profile.  The default is US Pacific Time.  You can update the time zone in your profile under My Settings, then Preferences.
