European or other odd characters

Hi All,

Some of the descriptions in my dataset contain European or special characters that is causing problems for Alteryx when parsing into fields.  Any tips on how to scrub or filter out these characters?

The attached file is a snip of records that I was able to quickly find.  See the odd characters in column C and how it's causing issues in column G and H.

Thanks for this.  I will have to run this on the source file first, then re-import to see if the parse goes smoother.
