Error with Download Tool - JSON

Hello,

I am trying to download data from the following link:

https://services3.arcgis.com/t6lYS2Pmd8iVx1fy/ArcGIS/rest/services/COVID_Travel_Restrictions_V2/Feat...

When I run the workflow, I get the following error in the download tool:

Any help would be greatly appreciated, not sure what I am doing wrong!

You are encoding an already encoded URL endpoint. Simply uncheck the Encode URL Text box
