Error while running the flow. Auto send email to selected user group

This is my first post in alteryx community. We have started to create flow in alterix and getting confidence on it. 

This perticular flow works this way:

1. When we run, it ask for two parameters. (A) input spreadsheet with list of email addrss (2) pdf files that send out to everyone.

2. After completing this flow, it should send out email to 300 internal users using SMPT

3. out input is static (both files) however everytime we run this flow, we get unique error. Error is related to Email tool (number 6 as per above image).

So the Error Message the E-Mail Tool sends is "Weird Server Reply" - This is definitly not the most helpfull Message. 

This is what I found about this, seems to have to do smth. with the SMTP Server.
