Error transferring data: Timeout was reached - When posting to SFTP

I'm having a problem posting to a third party sftp site.

The goal is to take a .csv file and post it to the sftp.

I've verified with the third party that a sftp connection is successfully made in their logs, but when the flow is ran it pauses for 15-20 seconds, then errors out with a 'Error transferring data: Timeout was reached".  I've successfully setup such jobs before that do the same with the difference being posting to an internal sftp server.

I've tried adjusting the timeout in the Download tool from 0 all the way to 10,000 as documentation I've found indicates, but with no difference in the end result.

The file itself isn't large.  175 KB.

Below are the results.

The odd part is saying there are 3 records per minute, but I'm not sure if there is anything I can do to improve upon that.

Hi

Did you get a solution to this because I am having the same problem

Unfortunately no.

I had to take the route of having a ticket automatically generated once a month to take the file and post it to the clients sftp site.

Thanks.  If I find a solution I'll let you know.

I was facing this when my password had expired on the SFTP server. Changing the password resolved the issue.

Hi,

We are having the same issue trying to get file from SFTP file, and the Axway team has confirmed that the password is not expired Could you please confirm that a new password is required to fix this issue? considering it hasn't expired as well

Thanks,

Ajay
