Error signing in to Tableau Server

Good morning,

I have a workflow that runs just fine on my local computer, however, when I try running it in the Alteryx Gallery I receive the following error from my Tableau Publish Data Source tool:

What could possibly be triggering this error? My Tableau login credentials have remained the same:

Have you had your Server Admin check to make sure the Server Machine is able to reach the Tableau Server Endpoint? It may be a network issue restricting the machine from being able to reach it.

Workflow was running  fine when running from Designer.

It was failing with above error message when you run the same workflow from Alteryx Gallery.

Can any one please let us know what needs to be checked and modified and  where?

I know this isn't the "DIY" answer everyone is looking for but this is a permissions issue between the Alteryx Server and Tableau. The person who can log into the Alteryx Server and validate permissions is the person who can assist you. I had this same issue when I connected Alteryx to Tableau Server On-Prem and Cloud. Workflow would run fine on my local machine but the Alteryx Server did not do the same.

This could be a DCM issue, a network connection block on the server, or the version of the Tableau tool you are using. Your admin will be able to assist with all of that or ask a co-worker who uses Alteryx on the Gallery to connect to Tableau because it is very likely they encountered the same issue and might be able to give you some guidance. Best of luck
