Error overwriting my .TDE output

I am running a workflow that I run every month, and for some reason this month I am returning an error that is as follows

'The file "Y:blank\blank\blank\.tde" could not be overwritten.'

This is my only error. I checked online and the file is very small and nothing has been changed within the workflow. Anybody else ever experience this before?

Hmmm .... check the permissions on the file, the network drive works, etc...

Can you create another file in the same folder ?

If Tableau has the file open at the same time, you won't be able to replace it.

Yeah -- I made sure that the .tde file was closed and it still won't overwrite. This morning I actually made a note to make sure I ran the workflow before anything else was open (even outlook) and it still failed.

Interesting problem here.
