Error opening file on FTP download

Hi All,

 

I have a download that picks up files from a cloud FTP server and it worked well up until I downloaded the latest version of Designer (maybe coincidence?).

 

There are several sets of files on the server and there are two workflows running, one works fine without issue and all of the files for that workflow are accessible and download.

 

The other set of files however present an error 'Error opening file: 'Filename.csv': Access denied (5)'?

 

I have copied the working input (which is exactly the same!) just in case I had missed something, but still no joy! It reads the file, can see its there just won't open it. Any ideas?
