Error message on new Salesforce Input tool

Hi
I've uploaded the latest Salesforce input tool and get an error message (see image). The older input works most of the time, but on some reports crashes Alteryx.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve?

@Alistair , which version of Designer are you using? are you using the most up to date connector that's listed here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Community-Gallery/Salesforce-Input-Tool/ta-p/877898 ?

Thanks for getting back to me . I've now got latest version of Alteryx Designer, and latest version of Salesforce connector. I've still got the same issue ;-(

@Alistair , it's likely something to do with the Python packages. Support will be able to assist!
