Error installing starter kit

Dear Alteryx friends,

 

I tried to install the BANKING + FINANCIAL SERVICES STARTER KIT. But the following error message was shown. When 'Yes' is selected, the same error was presented. When 'No' is selected, the installation file is deleted.

Anyone got a solution for this? Many Thanks

Hi @CharlesZ are you using some sort of VPN while installing this package?

If yes, try turning it off and then try to install and if the issue still persists, I suggest you to mail support@alteryx.com with a screenshot of the error, they will definitely help you with this.

It works after disconnecting VPN.
