Hi Team,
I need help. I tried connecting to sql server from alteryx . But it's not recognizing and allowing me to import the table or connect to sql server.
I do have ODBC server installed in my system.
Please find attached the snapshot.
Thanks,

If you could post the error message, it would be better.

Hi @sriniprad08
The drop down menu you pictured from the "Resolve File Type" dialog won't show any database related connection type because its to resolve files only.
You may want to look at your connection manager, specifically, what the configuration is for the alias you're trying to use (aka:Srinivas). It seems like it's not properly configured. The connection manager doesn't allow you to edit the connection so I'd suggest deleting it then creating it from scratch.
This also is assuming that your connection is local and not one that's shared with you from a Gallery you're connected to. If the latter, you'll want to connect with your Gallery Curator (admin).
Hope this helps!
Best,
Jimmy
