Error export yaml:conda couldnt find the environment

Hi all,

as the title mentioned, i am faced with this error when exporting workflow,

error exporting yaml: conda couldnt find this environment 

my yml is c drive designerbasetools_venv 

this error only happens when i export something with python and my python can run without issues.

if anyone can advise on what to check that would be super helpful!
