Error al recuperar información de licencias

Hola estimados,

 

Tengo un problema al iniciar sesión en Alteryx y correr los flujos de trabajo, me da un error y no me deja hacer nada, el error que me da es "Se produjo un error al recuperar información de licencias. Error al analizar EntityName, linea 1, posición 43".

 

Ustedes saben cómo poder solucionar este error? he intentado instalar de nuevo Alteryx y sigue el problema.
