Error: PDF Input (1): Tool #2: Can't find plugin AlteryxRPluginEngine.dll

Have searched all other questions regarding this issue of receiving the error "Error: PDF Input (1): Tool #2: Can't find plugin AlteryxRPluginEngine.dll'
; have uninstalled Intelligence Suite then Reinstalled to ensure I had the same Admin version. The other option I see as a proposal is the "Predictive Tool" download which is not my list under Product Downloads.  My goal is to use the PDF input tool. Receive this error when I run the PDF tool and when I download the R package receive error of " Can't find plugin "AlteryxRPlugInEngine.dll"... I saw one solution where a colleagues was working and he just copied that file over from his PC to the other and it worked. Is there somewhere I can just download this file? Thank you :-)

PDF Input tool is not a native tool to Alteryx - it is a Community tool: PDF Input - Alteryx Community
