Dear team,
I tried loading the file into email tool in alteryx. email tool configuration is correct, but the error message showed "error opening file". I tried running the workflow by changing "Run As" user setting in system setting as well, but the result was same.
Also the file path appears to be correct.
How can i fix this issue?

It looks like the account does not have access to the 'network path' defined in the link.
Can you please share if you are running this locally or on the Alteryx Server.

It's possible that Alteryx is having issues with the IP address in the name. Can you replace this with the computer name?
