Looks like the workflow has become corrupted when saving (more details here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Discussions/Error-opening-yxmd-file/td-p/7291) do you have the .bak file for the workflow? If so you can just change the extension from .bak to .yxmd
