I am tried to access remote MySQL Database using ODBC driver, i am using Putty to open the tunnel to server, but i can't access it.

This is telling you the credentials you've used, either in the tool, or on the ODBC connection itself, are incorrect.
Confirm in Windows that your ODBC connection can access the database before you start using Alteryx. If so, ensure you are using the correct credentials in the Alteryx tool.
