Error: Controlled Parameter must be mapped to a filed

Can someone tell me please how to fix this error or why I am getting this in simple words? I have seen many people having same doubt before me as well. but I can't understand how it works

I am really Dumb. I solved it without any help, was really happy, but couldn't figure out the error, and as soon as I post it I found out what I was doing wrong. Its all good now.
