Error: Association Analysis (68): Tool #9: Error in rcorr(the.data, type = cor.type) : mus

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue understanding what this error means.

I am trying to do an association analysis on a data set, which should be simple and easy, but not sure what is wrong. Please help.

I have attached the data source and the workflow. Please help!

Found out the answer. Although I had 11k records, some of the columns were 100% null so I had to remove those columns

Hi @Iggypop this most likely means you are sending too few records (less than 4) into the association analysis tool.

This tool mastery article makes note of that error. Let me know if this helps!

But I have 11k records in the file lol. So don't think that is the problem.
