Enjoying Alteryx and Ready to Learn more

Hi,

I am enjoying learning how to utilize Alteryx through the training videos, especially the ones that are interactive. Are there any practice data and examples with answers and explanations after to work on? Also, what other ways can I go about studying and practicing for the Alteryx Core Exam?

Hi @joshkim11, I would recommend looking at Weekly Challenges within the Academy section of the Community. It is a fun way to learn and apply your Alteryx knowledge, and it gives you the opportunity to look at how others have solved the same problem statement.

In reference to Core Certification prep, I would suggest looking at the scope of tools and features you would be tested on the exam and accordingly go about solving the weekly challenges. Hi @joshkim11,

The tools generally would have examples once you click on them. Running all these examples and understanding them thoroughly is critical. Also, if you click Help in Alteryx, you will find many sample workflows. Studying these would be very helpful as well. Additionally, going through the interactive lessons in Academy would greatly enhance your knowledge. Lastly, working on several beginner and some intermediate weekly challenges would prepare you very well for the exam. The nice thing about the exam is that you can take it again in a week if you don't do well. Going through that experience by itself is a great learning experience. Good luck!
