Encounter issue with activation of Alteryx license in desktop

Hi all

Can you help to address what issue did I encounter? I already activate this license key online and now want to activate it offline for my practice, however, it popped up a notification regarding the license key as below. Im sure

Yes, I followed this guideline and currently stuck at Step 3 -> when I click to "Create" a request file, I had to fill in the information as above screenshot

1. Open Alteryx Designer. If the Alteryx Designer Activation window does not open automatically, select Options > Manage Licenses. When the window opens, select Activate New License.
2. Select Activate Offline at the very bottom of the window.
3. In the Offline Activation window, select Create to create a request (.req) file to request product activation.

Have you checked your Downloads folder or where you save your downloads? Have you allowed the download or if any anti-virus / firewall blocked it? 

If you cannot find it, chances are, your download has not happened. Let me know if you have these issues.
