Hi, 

PFA sample workflow having sample input & output. Tried building the workflow using Crosstab, formula tool but the desired result is not coming.

Can anyone guide.

From your initial data, I am to understand the hypothetical hierarchy should look like this.  From my workflow (in version 11.3) you can follow a logic to obtain a hierarchical structure with a max number of 6 levels.  For more levels, extend the joins to encompass them.  I was unsure how you wanted to connect the employees to their 'band'.
