Hi Guys , 

I would like to ask , currently my output is as below :-

 

but I`m expecting it to be like the text followed by the two tables not separate like this.

The email tool generates one email per line. If you have seperately line's for each of your tables then it will split them out.

You would need to use the 'layout' tool to bring the two tables together into just one object.
