Email tool - send emails based on column data

Hello,

I want to send email with a table to specific people based on data from a specific column.

Even though I have grouped data in Basic Table based on email address, the following happens:

- each time an email address is being found, an email is being sent - 2 emails to Person 1 and 4 emails to Person 2

- the entire table is sent to both people

What I want:

- one email to be sent to send to Person 1 and one email to be sent to Person 2

- Person 1 to receive only information in the table where his email address is found, same applies to each person in the table

Can you please help me out? Is there a way to do it?

@stefaniadurdanby default, the Alteryx email tool sends out an email for every record in the table. The standard approach to get around this is to use a Layout tool and then Sample to only take the first record from each grouped table so that only one email is sent. Does the attached, amended flow get you any closer?
