Email tool: [No Valid Fields]

Hi,

In the 'Email' tool,

I need to use 'use field' to email a report to multiple creators. 

To add text, I added 'visual layout' tool. 

But then, I won't be able to use 'use field' for 'from' and 'to'. 

Does anyone know how to tackle this?

How about using a join or append fields tool to add the to and from fields after the visual layout tool?
