I'm attempting to automate the delivery of emails with an attachment but I am struggling.
The emails deliver successfully when I don't include the attachment.
They also deliver successfully if I include the attachment as a workflow asset when I package the workflow up to server.
The WF fails if I attempt to pick up the attachment from a file location (because I want to send out a different attachment for each run). Does anyone know if it is possible to do this?
Thanks!

@Ifra This sounds like the worker node potentially does not have access to the location where you are the files that needs to be attached to the email.
You'll need to get the worker node access to the locations where the email attachments are written to. If you want to set the workflow to run at a schedule time.
If the workflow is a run-on demand (self-service), assuming the user who has access to the collection, also have access to where the email attachments are located you need to specify that the user to specify their own credentials.
See the attached screen grabs when you are saving the workflow to Gallery.
HTH.
