Email (Sent Items) Extract from Outlook

Hi Folks,

I am unbale to extract sent items from outlook not even can see Sent item icon while connecting outlook through Outlook 365 tool.

Can anyone help on this please?

Your attachment is still virus scanning for some reason on my end, so can you just put the picture in a post using the little picture icon?
