Email Sending capacity

I want to ask for your opinion regarding this error, The total no.  recipient of the email is 560, but after 300 recipients

received the email the work flow will stop and prompt this error what does this mean?

It means I would check the 301st record and see if I notice anything different about it compared to the first 300 records!

@alexnajm  Another question is , are there any limitation no. of  recipient?

In theory there shouldn't be a limit - you might get a timeout error with too many but considering your initial workflow was close to sending 300+ emails I think you would be ok.

I think a better question though is do you need to be sending 560 emails? Maybe there's a way to combine some of them together?
