Einstein connector issues

Question

we have an API user/pass/token for our Einstein connection and we are having trouble with one users connection all of a sudden.

all other users log in and use the Einstein tool with no issues, but one user can log in successfully, but as soon as he clicks somewhere else on the canvas or hits run, he gets a red error saying invalid login and his credentials get removed.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? it's not the credentials as other users have no issues and the person who has the issue can log in just fine and browse which Einstein file needs to be overwritten.

I was never working with Einstein tool, but the we get similar failure when Designer is not install properly. Our solution was to uninstall and then install again the Designer. Not sure if that solution will work with Einstein tool.

Yup - I'd check if that user had the same version of Designer as the other users (ie 2023.X vs 2024.X).
