Hi @binuacs 

Are you using a company issues computer? I think this could be your firewall blocking it or maybe an issue with a VPN.

Are you able to turn it off and install this using the admin version of Alteryx?

Yes, I am using the company issued laptop. Unfortunately I don't have the access to  turn-off the firewall or the VPN.
