Hey Guys,

 

I am trying to install Dynamic connector and keep on getting this error.. Do i need to do something special to make it work?

Hey @inamwani008 

 

This post is related to an upgrade but having the same issue and they commented it had to do with "it was determined that I needed to adjust the authentication type from SSL/TLS to STARTTLS to function on port 587 with Office 365." Maybe that helps a bit...

Thanks Joshua. How do i do that? I am a mac user and use alteryx via VM .. not sure how tp make these changes on VM

Upgraded my Alteryx to new version .. that fixed the issue.
