Dynamic replace of row value, for other value in the same row

Hello,

I want to transform sheet1 into sheet2 (excel attached), I first input the file and tell it to read from row 5, next I want to populate the zeros with the brand name and I want to add the "Metric" Name below the Brand (these two is where I am having trouble) and then transform the data into a table grouped by metric, brand and date (which I already know how to do it)

Can someone help me with the part that I am having trouble please?
