Dynamic input - how to get input data configuration options in dynamic input tool

Hello,

Using a normal excel file upload and using the input data item you get a bunch of options like start data import on line…

If i use the dynamic data input tool it doesn’t give me those options so is there another tool i can put after the dynamic to get those same options…i need to start the data on a certain row.
