Dynamic input and append columns

Hello, I have files in specific folder where part of the name is same. ex - [region]ABCD[date], where ABCD is common among all the files in folder. Also, there are few columns which are common among all the files, for ex : column A to Column H are common and remaining column headers are different.

I tried using dynamic input tool, but receiving the error as "file is skipped because columns are not matching".

how can i use batch macro to append the data from all the files, so that i can work on the data.

I frequently use a macro to input files like this.  The key is going into the interface designer and selecting "Auto Configure by Name" and the checkbox Output Fields based on macro's configuration or data input.  You can see my basic example of what I do for the macro.
