Dynamic Select using date in column

I'm trying to write a formula in dynamic select to remove columns prior to a date in another column.  This is my data.  I want to remove all columns before 2023-03-31.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi @clramsey5045 

It's probably a spelling mistake or leading/trailing spaces in the field name. Expand the Fields node in your variables section and double click on the field name there.
