Dynamic Rename tool acting funny

Hi All,

 

I have my workflows created in 2020.4, when we use "Take field names from right input rows" in dynamic rename, if two columns have the same data, the second column should be created with incremental numbers and underscore before that. But in this version (also occurs in the latest one), it increments the number by 1 within the string. This only occurs if I attach a letter to a number. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

 

I have attached a sample workflow for clarity.

I recreated this in version 2021.3.3.63061 agree with @ChrisTX that it looks like a bug
