Dynamic Formula

Hello,

I'm trying to create a formula to bucket values appropriately between Table 1 and Table 2. In this example we use 'Rate' in Table 1 to find 'Bucket'. The Table 2 has lookup values for 'Bucket'. Please let me know if any solutions are available in Alteryx?

There might be better solution, but I could not figure out the way with "Dynamic Formula" as stated in your title.
