Download incomplete from Workday?

Anyone else experience incomplete downloads from Workday using the download tool before?

It seems to be hit-or-miss with me. Occasionally, I am missing fields. In the case of pulling as XML from Workday, I am missing the field altogether. In the case of pulling as a csv, I get the field column, but null values. This is not always the case, but happens often enough to make me wonder whether their is a size limitation before Alteryx starts cutting.

The explanation still escapes me, but the solution involved a combination of format and username. If you're suffering from this problem as well, play around with different formats (XML vs csv). Also play around with your authentication. Different users gave me different fields. Could be a permissions thing within WD.
