Download PDF file from SharepointO365

Hi,

Can anyone please help me the step by step approach to download .pdf files from sharepoint location URL(xxxxx.sharepoint.com/teams) and put it into a specified location. Thanks

@Pranjal_20 if you have OneDrive you can sync the folder that contains your PDFs locally: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sync-sharepoint-and-teams-files-with-the-onedrive-sync-app-6de9ede8-5b6e-4503-80b2-6190f3354a88

If you wanted to copy files from one location to another via Alteryx you would probably want to use a workflow event with a batch file that copies the files to the new location.
