Double Summarize tool not showing unique concatenate values

Hello,

I am using two summarize tools to concatenate strings. In the attached example, values in Cost Type and Cost Code columns are repeated and not showing unique values. I have several columns that I have to concatenate and using double summarize tool only repeats the values and not showing unique values. Has anyone solved this issue?
