Does the F5 refresh metadata function no longer work in current version (2025.1.1.27)

Question

I am accustomed to disabling the automatic configuration feature and manually refreshing the metadata by F5, but after updating to current version, I found that I couldn't manually refresh the metadata by using F5. I had to run it once first. Is this correct?

I may have found the reason. I guess the workflow I'm dealing with contains too many fields (about 640). The workflow with fewer fields was refreshed normally. Thank you for your reply and have a nice day!

I'm not sure about 2025.1.1.27, but I had this happen randomly the other day on 2022.3. I figured it was an anomaly and didn't investigate.

On each tool, you can hit the tick on the config bottom corner to accept changes and refresh that, however I've also used F5 a lot to refresh the workflow. I'm not sure if the tick will help if it's the whole workflow.
