Documenting (reviewing) Data Completeness and Accuracy of the workflow

Hello guys,

 

I want to document Data Completeness and Accuracy of the workflow. 

Basically, I want to create some template document which I'm going to use for all of my workflows.

 

By documenting Data Completeness and Accuracy I mean what questions do I have to ask myself and what checks I need to perform in order to provide assurance that my workflow provides data completeness and accuracy. 

 

From your experience and your practise with the Alteryx can you please share some ideas, information regarding how can I approach this process and how can I create formal procedure regarding covering risks related to completeness and accuracy.
