Do Analytic Apps require Server?

If I build an Analytics App and I want someone from another department to open the app and answer the inputs, do I have to have Server for that?

@brendafos If you don't have server, the other person could open the app and answer the inputs using Designer on their machine. When you right click on an app in windows explorer, you can either edit it or open it. Opening it would open the app for them to answer the inputs, assuming they have Designer installed.

Hi @brendafos,

you can send him the file and he will be able to run the App in his local Designer version. A double Click on the file in the explorer is enough to get to geh Input-Wizard. If he has already opened the file in Designer, he has to use the Magic Wand Icon next to the Run Button (only visible when an App is opened)
