Directory + Dynamic Input: How to change the header row to the 3rd row of each file?

I'm using Directory & Dynamic tools to read a list of files which have the same format - with the header row on the 3rd row. 

How do I filter out the first 2 rows on my consolidated table?

Maybe we can use the Input Data + Dynamic Input tools together.
In the configuration part of Dynamic Input, we can set to read data from Row 3.
