Determine total value inside a Buffer circle

Hi all,

I need to perform an aggregation analyses and I want to determine the total value contained within 1.5mile buffers across locations. I created buffers of 1.5 radius but am unable to figure out how to add up a value contained in each circle. Does anyone have any ideas on how that may be possible after the buffer tool creates that buffer polygon?

Note: My data has latitude and longitudes that have already been mapped using 'Create Points'.

I feel like a summarize tool should do the work.

Can you provide a sample data set, not sure about " total value".
