Desired Layout of Data Set

Hello- I have a dataset (pictured) that is currently laid out as per the 'Current' section- I want to use Alteryx to achieve the 'Required' layout. What is the easiest way to do this? (file attached for reference also)

Is the No. of emails section for Client C supposed to have a colon or do they not have it sometimes?

Thanks for pointing this out- it's expected that they will always have a colon! I have updated this in my data set
